Lastly, Apple finally opening up iOS to more customization has made the transition easier. Feeling locked in is never fun.
What keeps me on iOS is the Watch and CarPlay. Smooth functions and just enough features to be a true accessory while not getting in the way - instead they help get things done.
Android is great, but it’s still missing cohesiveness.
App quality lacks in function and design. Prime example? Brave browser. Miles ahead on iOS.
Been using an iPhone Air since December along with Watch Ultra 3 and AirPods Pro 3. Coming from Android and being on that side for the last 13 years, I’m not missing anything. iOS is stable, fluid, and the design language is fun again.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra’s new privacy screen feature is thoughtful and implemented with precision. All of the different options for customizing it make this a true feature.
