Hi I wrote this episode of Food Theory

Coming from a launch version of the first Switch, Switch 2 is an enormous upgrade. Screen is gorgeous and the whole thing feels less like a toy. If the hardware performs as good as it seems like it’s going to on multi-platform releases, this may be my go-to console for those.

Crazy weather in Austin last night. Piles of hail that were truly insane. Ankle deep water in our kitchen, living room, and garage.
