Unfortunately we are looking for an internal tech artist who can have long term ownership over number of systems.

One major area for the tech artist would be working on a very bespoke (but interesting) art pipeline, and its associated tools and shaders

We don't really prototype in shader graphs because we are quite comfortable (and prefer) text shaders, so most heavier shaders are in text. Smaller/simpler shaders we often use a graph, since it minimizes the effort to keep them updated.

We use Unity, and we absolutely build a lot of tools and custom shaders. Our entire pipeline is custom shaders!
