The culprit and the finger - just a smol chomp, and in her defense she wasn’t trying bite me but rather was trying to quickly get the chicken breast down her throat before I yeeted it away from her, which she largely succeeded at.

Yeah - it's the level of holy fuck it's so go and makes such live or die difference for my swimming that I would go devil's bargain and use it even if it like shaved a year off my life. Maybe even 5. Because at 85 will I give a fuck if I had all those good years of swimming? lol. 😂

And I only snort it the day/night before and right after I swim - I don't even use it daily. Because a) I'm a lazy asshole who hates taking meds all the time and b) it leaves a bitter taste in your throat :P

(ymmv of course, no idea if/how it works for seasonal or other allergies - but it absolutely Changed. My. Life. for swimming in chlorinated pools this past year. A 30 minute lap swim would leave me sneezing 5000 times straight for 24 hours, even with benadryl after. This shit is magic).
