So, you're playing Nine Sols?!

Also, Vampire Crawlers comes out today, so I think you know what your impulse choice should be!
Does this mean that if I buy you a Metroidvania, I can alter your course back to Metroidvanias again?๐
Tim Cappello is awesome!
If you're not familiar with this, let me introduce you to the nostalgia-trip that is GUNSHIP!

You had me at ITMOM, but have a Lost Boys no-context image for the rest of the list, too!๐
Firefox for me. I don't have any better reasoning than that I'm used to it and I can run solid adblockers on it.
I made actual progress in FF15 after previous attempts at playing the game had me ditching it before completing Chapter 1. Yay for being in the midst of Chapter 3!
It varies from person to person based on a number of factors. For me (AuDHD), I have caffeine everyday due to miscellaneous medical garbage I have to deal with, but it also tends to make me tired for a bit after I have it (with or without sugar in whatever beverage it's in).

It makes sense! Kid you has got a couple games to choose from, so it's your one gaming focus and losing doesn't feel so frustrating, so you're just right back in it after each life lost. I feel like I beat a lot of games back then that I probably couldn't handle now.๐
Congratulations! What did you think of it?
Less bad, more religion?
I feel like I might be doing this wrong!๐
ANY. BUTTONS. EVER.
If it's too hard to click a pronoun button in order to play a game, maybe he should just stick to music because if the immersion is ruined in a character creation menu, I really don't think he's going to enjoy the actual game where reading and reacting has to happen!
I think Hellraiser just confused me more than anything because I was too young to appreciate the non-horror parts and then when Pinhead showed up, I was just glad to see things moving along because I was a dopey kid.๐
Creepshow. The Father's Day segment scarred (and scared!) me as a 4-year old and I was actually afraid of watching that segment until I was 15!
TOP 5 anything
Yeah, I can get behind this!
Is this game going to be high on your wishlist?
One of my best friends feels the exact same way -- "I want to play games, not do chores!"
I haven't had a specific cozy game that I latched onto strongly, but I think that there is something that mentally clicks with me about organizing a messy space and making it clean. Weird brain things!
What about a cozy game that slowly devolves into horror and terror?
Something friendly and cute that slowly becomes sinister?
It's a good thing nothing like that exis--

I should clarify that Cuphead *WAS* on my list, but I've seen so many speedruns of it at this point that it feels like I have played it already!๐
Unlikely, but I might be inclined to give SMG2 a go.
It Takes Two potentially if my partner wanted to do a co-op game (I have Split Fiction on my wishlist for her already and I hear it's just a better version of that).
I'd probably just watch my partner play Majora's Mask.
But that's it!
My partner would probably be high-fiving you over SA2. But also, I think she'd just be down with more Sonic games.๐
issue with is the "its bad" negative review or the "its good" positive review, because they tell me nothing!
I think it's important if your review would say more than just, "I wasn't feeling it." Like, if the controls felt janky, if there were bugs in movement -- those things are all still relevant for someone who walked away at five hours!
1 hour or 100 hours in, the only review I'm going have an (1/2)
