So they have the specific rules up on the site. Unfortunately they can't preorder from the jp site, but for most items you can add to cart, you can submit a request via a form specifically for those, and they will order them to be added to their monthly shipments if it doesn't sell out
I am autistic and this whole thing pisses me too off bc its straight up eugenics. Pure evil, on top of being absolutely scientifically baseless.
So the take away is that, while its very slow, the special order shipping can make otherwise out of reach items obtainable. Big props to them too for very quickly responding questions! I did not expect answers to my litany of questions same day!
