Abstract: This presentation examines the diverse disciplinary foundations underpinning a transdisciplinary approach to integrating media literacy, IDNs, and systems mapping and thinking in educational settings. It introduces the concept of Systemic Learning IDNs: Interactive Digital Narrative experiences explicitly designed to support learners in exploring, understanding, and reflecting on complex systems and interdependencies.
