Well, mixins are a new concept, so we could make up new rules now (hence Lea's poll).
For this, the em would be evaluated when the mixin is applied. And since it's applied in the div, it would be relative to its font-size 10px. I could think of this behavior being useful for mixins.

The only thing that throws me off is that the mixin is being applied just to the div but then still applies to all three selectors. But I guess that's just syntax and it has to go somewhere…
I do wonder though if 100/100/100 wouldn't make it more useful in practice though.

In my head the distinction comes from whether a mixin is like a function call or a substitution, and I think I would expect the latter. So the mixin content would be “copied” to the applied element with the argument replaced by the value (10em), making the width 100/200/300 respectively.

I just came back from seeing the Minecraft Movie.
I enjoyed the movie a lot. It's obviously not the best movie but it's also not the worst. It even was very cringe at times, but we also had lots of laughs, and I really enjoyed the level of detail they put in there to match the game.

I do fear that people (especially those who could easily afford commercial licenses) will just end up looking for still-free alternatives. I too often have seen these discussions in internal chats and it just deeply saddens me in general.
