I enjoyed this and the benefits of cycling. My Mum has just had a new hip (at 84) and whilst a very slow recovery at the start is making clear daily progress. She's never cycled tho, I think you will have a big head start on your recovery with that. Good luck.

Love the spirit of these Brummie residents. I'm concerned by pubs in Shrewsbury displaying SG flags which to me now says who's welcome and who's not. I won't be going in for a pint if there's a SG flag flown outside.
This is a very good point and made no where enough by those of us who cycle daily. Cycle manufacturers and retailers should use this more as an advantage of 2 wheels over 4.
