its kind of hard to explain without explaining other things. but this is Siphon combined with the Star that resides on page 3 of the world. The world had an infinite amount of pages all with different "styles" if that makes sense, however while there are infinite amounts of pages there are tears or rips in them disallowing a majority of them to connect. all pages are usually required to have a Star which acts as the sun of that page and supports all life in them. what that star is depends, its usually a living being that acts as a personification of that star, sometimes its an object or in Page 3's case its an animal. Siphon using his Witch Hand "siphoned" (haha get it?) the power of Page 3's Star effectively becoming a combination of a Witches Will and a Stars Power.

gonna probably spend the rest of my day chilling, I can pick up my pace tomorrow to make up for just sketches and such today
