Despite the illusion, her fangs hang below her chin in her more human appearence. On the bottom of the image, she is shown in her military attire, a set of simple white leathers with simple blue pauldrons topped off by a crested helmet

This is Pharynx! She's a merfolk fighter from the depths of the sea. Her kind evolved a false face to lure in adventurers, hiding her more eel like appearance. Through a mix up, she joined the greater merfolk military and was sent on a long term quest she does not know if she will return from.
