After 3.5 great years at Optimal Counsel LLP, I'm moving to Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLP, where I will continue representing emerging tech & CPG companies and expanding my investor-side practice! I'm deeply grateful for my colleagues at Optimal, who have shaped me for life. Being part of a firm's founding team is a singular, extraordinary privilege - I can't thank you all enough for including me on the journey. I will be taking a breather between my last day at Optimal (today) and my first day at Reitler (March 9) to rest and reconnect with the many excellent people in my life - especially ones I haven't yet met IRL (#virtualofficelife), or haven't seen in ages. A nice shift in perceived colour between central and peripheral vision. The fixated disc looks purple while the others look blue.

The effect presumably comes from the absence of S-cones in the fovea.

This probably entails venturing into a much more creative realm, but you might be able to co-opt some techniques from spatial transcriptomics papers - very different datasets, but the whole point there is mapping genomic data to cellular locations

Depending on what you're looking to demonstrate, you could also potentially use a dimensionality reduction technique like PCA or UMAP
