CALGARY DRY SALAD Recipe by Hesperia Lee Aylsworth 3-4 cup diced canned pineapple 3-4 cup chopped grapefruit pulp 1-3 cup blanched shredded almonds 1 cup Calgary Dry Ginger Ale 2 tbsp granulated gelatine 1-4 cup seeded grapes 1-2 cup cold water Few grains salt Few grains paprika Mayonnaise Lettuce Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 mins, then dissolve it over hot water. Add 1-4 cup of Calgary Dry Ginger Ale. Combine the diced pineapple, grapefruit pulp, grapes, shredded almonds, salt and paprika, and then add the remaining 3-4 cup of Calgary Dry. Add the gelatine mixture, stir thoroughly and pour into individual molds, which have been dipped in and out of cold water.
