Ipa or a non water based wipe also it’s actually the other one on the photo for the a button they peel up like stickers one thing to keep in mind is the adhesive becomes weak so you may need to buy new stickers worse case scenario

On the 3ds motherboard there is a white contact sticker you need to peel it off and clean the underside and the board below even if they look clean here’s a photo of what it looks like
