The credit bureau’s sell the credit inquiry to other lenders as a source of leads. It’s completely ridiculous that they are allowed to do this. Mortgage lenders themselves are legally prevented from sharing any info other than what is required to validate your information on your application.

Housing index is a 12mo average so it’s thought rent has actually come down but the lag in reporting distorts this. Insurance is real though

For the inflation indexes its housing and motor vehicle insurance. Things that would affect most lower income people quite severely!
