While they do some things right, this just flat out sucks. After years of the same schedules, they are changing them and essentially forcing someone to work 4x10's, Fri-Mon, then make everyone else fill in the additional coverage with rotating shifts. Hell no. We are all senior staff and this isnt-
VERY tempted to just... go on strike. We deal with so much and are not compensated appropriately considering the six of us handle 3 brands, working with dozens of systems/different software and over 190 retail locations depend on us every day - the 'driving' source of income for our company....
My job decided that they cant afford to hire anyone for my team this year, so instead they are making my team fight amongst ourselves for specific schedules they gave us - or they will pick the schedules for us.
