I've been hiding since June revising one novel for publication, finishing another novel, and sketching out my latest novel. I miss my writer friends!

My mom asked what my husband and I would like for Christmas and I just shared my Amazon wishlist which I now realize is mostly just Preparing for the Worst items like hand crank radios and water purification tablets. Happy Holidays!

Ha, I get it! 😂 As long as the singing isn’t too loud, I’m fine. But I’ve been to some shows where people are singing so loud I can’t hear the voices I came to hear: the folks on stage.

Unpopular opinion but I also feel this way about concerts!

The proudest moment of my life was when @dseuss.bsky.social blurbed my book and said it “refuses to be shushed.” I’ve got two copies left after reading in Chicago last night. DM me if you’d like a signed copy & a cool pin featuring @sjane.bsky.social’s original artwork!

Writers should have entrance music when they come out for a reading.
