Just received the most amazing news to end the year: our 'GLITCHES' project was funded by the FNRS! It'll focus on uses of LLMs in creative translation and creative uses of LLMs, with an aim to highlight the effects on the teaching and practice of translation. Stay tuned for 2 PhD calls very soon!!

Yes, the systems are much stronger. But the other half of the story is that test sets haven’t kept up. It’s no longer enough to just take a random news article and expect systems to stumble.
