According to one EPL report, an average of 11 ACL ruptures occurred over the last three seasons. MLS about doubled that in the 2025 season alone. Granted there are ten more clubs in MLS than EPL, but when the number reaches one player per club lost, it’s a problem that needs addressing imo.
