I know the language of that section. My point is that the author implies that impeachment of trump automatically removes everyone and prevents Vance from being POTUS. Not true. The clause empowers Congress to remove anyone in that list, but not en masse.

It does not get rid of everyone. Each has to be individually impeached. There isn't an "everyone goes" clause. Not everything you read on the Internet is true.
