I AM GOING TO BURN DOWN THE SHED UNLESS WE HAVE PIZZA ROLLS FOR DINNER TONIGHT
[mom sighs, rolls her eyes, writes "pizza rolls" on the grocery list for next week]
I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO BURN DOWN THE SHED
Say what you mean and mean what you say!
Well well, what have we here? 🧐
I predicted an updated version of the famous Earthrise photo, and I was right. Earthset will likewise go into the history books!
Absolutely amazing!
If the astronauts don't do fake horror movie screaming as they restore communications with NASA they're cowards who don't deserve having middle schools named after them.
I envy the crew of Artemis II. Mainly for being able to lose contact with this planet.
A screenshot from NASA TV showing a small crescent Earth to the middle right against the blackness of space, with the Orion capsule dominating the left side of the image.
They’re back! #ArtemisII
Happy 89th birthday to the legendary Billy Dee Williams! May the Force be with you!
Huh 🤔
Yep.
A view from NASA TV showing a small crescent Earth on the right, a larger crescent Moon in shades of grey to Earth’s left, and the Orion capsule in white at the image’s left, all surrounded by the blackness of space.
We now have a live view of Earth about to slip behind the Moon! Everyone is in this picture. 😳😎 #ArtemisII
"Yes, lie with confidence! A straight face, and a gleam in your eye."

To paraphrase a certain Jedi Master: That’s our Moon! 🌕

“Let those who have weapons lay them down. Let those who have the power to unleash wars choose peace. Not a peace pursued by force, but through dialogue. Not with the desire to dominate the other, but to encounter them.” — Pope Leo XIV
In 1970, students in a fifth-grade class at Hawthorne School in Beverly Hills were assigned to write a letter to someone they admired, asking them “What makes a good citizen?"
So 10yr old Joel Lipton wrote to Peanuts cartoonist Charles M. Schulz.
Joel got a reply.
A sleeping yellow dog.
Timeline cleanse. Take a breath, friend.

Why is the United States so ignorant and backward? We are such a stupid country.
What in the actual… 🤦🏼
For the Artemis II launch, Erik Kuna used "pad remotes," placing sound-triggered cameras just 1,000ft away days in advance of the launch. It was a high-stakes gamble against rain, heat, and animals, risking gear destruction for a single, unrepeatable shot of the rocket’s ignition.

Christina Koch has officially *traveled the farthest any woman has ever traveled from Earth. 🥳
