sooooo i got the new tomodachi life game..... and it's already going more unhinged than the 3DS version did and I absolutely love it LMAO

Not sure if I'll actually manage to finish it, but this is already so much better than the last 9 months of doing nothing 😭

(Though lmao @ me thinking "maybe I should do some simple animation memes first before I attempt something big again" and here I am re-imagining some oc comic....)

After our dnd group partially fell apart, my motivation left too... Especially since I had three things planned for this but it would just become "useless"... So I didn't touch Davinci at all anymore.... Until yesterday.

Running on 3,5h sleep because I was too busy going through SFX and music I have for a potential animation.....

Honestly I missed this spark!! 😭

painted style piece of Nyx, if they were never Hunted and got to learn to be a person on their own terms. they have a decent amount to weight and curves, as well as most of their hair being pale white/blue white. they lay on their side, curled up slightly with a relaxed expression and small smile. The fins along their ears are a translucent white tinged with blue, and are of decent size.the only scars on them are the gill holes along their ribs, and they also lay on top of a large leopard seal pelt. they lay in a field of fireweed, and there is a blue lighting filter over everything giving it a soft moonlit feel.

an alt to the previous piece, where everything has heavier shadowing and the fireweed flowers have been covered in powdery snow. there are several key differences as nyx looks like how theyre often drawn- no ear fins, dual scars across the bridge of their nose, dark hair tipped with pale blue/white, and some frigid bone ornamentation along the side of their head as if cradling it. body mass has also been reduce= they ARE thinner than in the first pic. the sealskin also mirrors the scars previously mentioned with a couple extra along the back. its eye is open, a white iris on a void of black.
