Another interesting case: data population. A while back I built the JSON to Figma plugin to solve that. With FigClaw, I don't think I need it anymore.

Interesting that @figma.com still hasn't built anything like FigClaw. You can design in Figma Make, reach the canvas via MCP from your IDE — but nothing in between that just does things for you inside Figma itself, beyond some image generation and text editing.

or when I need to export a batch of icons in a very specific way
Here are a few examples: when I need to relink missing variables after moving them to another file
New Figma plugin: FigClaw
FigClaw runs a Claude agent loop: inspects nodes, writes Figma Plugin API code, executes it, reports back.
The cool part is "Skills": drop in a .md file and Claude follows your rules, naming conventions, component patterns automatically.

Neat! I love that you added focus matching for every card.
Tabbing is broken on the original website, so this is a nice improvement.
I stumbled upon Josh Puckett's lovely Interface Craft website. I wanted to see how well the cards interaction (built with Framer Motion) would translate to native View Transitions.
These don't have the little animated graphics, but that should be feasible with this approach.
Thanks! Really loving 2.0 design
That's brilliant! The website looks and feels great. 👏
Nice! Thanks for the links. I think fws-supply feels much snappier when ‘motion’ is turned off.
Thanks! I completely missed this. Nice to see some movement there, thanks for sharing the link.
Thanks! Yes, a few things still missing some pieces, but the overall look is good already.
How it started: How it's going:
Got some new prints in the @gitbutler.com office
One of the coolest web features I’m waiting for is the `focusgroup` attribute open-ui.org/components/s...
New @gitbutler.com stickers just arrived 🤡🎇🎸
Looks noice 🤌
Солидно 🤝
Been thinking about how much JavaScript we ship for basic UI patterns. Wrote it up.
Anchor positioning, Popover API, Scroll-Driven Animations and more — what they replace and what's still missing 👉 blog.gitbutler.com/the-great-cs...
Didn't know there was an issue about a new CSS logo github.com/CSS-Next/css.... Here are my favorite designs. It feels like a missed opportunity for something fun, because they went with a different direction.
Am I accidentally building a Color OS? :D
Different needs require different stats, so I decided to let users rearrange, show, or hide color stats however they want.
Spoke too soon. Pairing Unocss with Rollup is proving to be the final circle of hell.
Checking out @unocss.dev today
I’m expecting to build something "hellish" (in a good way). 👺
Looks very cool 🔥
I love being able to draw any crazy stickers I want for @gitbutler.com! That’s a big part of what makes them different.
I’ll check the requirements. If they aren't too demanding, I’ll apply :-)
Wow, that's sucks. It might be worth replying to the rejection email for clarification or reaching out to their support team directly. I currently have a plugin in the review queue as well.
It's not the same as the 8-bit style, but it’s definitely much readable. I've been looking at Google Pixel Fonts too, but can't suggest any, not because they are bad bad just feel a big responsibility here :-)
Is it still under review or they rejected it?
Get it! Let me think about it. I actually didn’t know about itch.io before 🤦
