#Artemis II 🚀
Following their successful splashdown, the Artemis II crew gathered for a group portrait in the well deck of the USS John P. Murtha, positioned in front of Integrity, the Orion spacecraft they personally named.
It's also bonkers since that's not even a reliable way of determining if someone is trans and is going to yield false positives.
So what you're saying is that you have a very particular set of knives.
Now we know who to blame when Liam Neeson fails to rescue his daughter because he picks up an off-balance chef's knife and misses his throw.
I feel like all autocorrects I use have just been getting worse. I am quite frequently getting suggestions that are off or just plain weird.
I don't think it's a coincidence that it's happening at a time when companies try to cram 'AI' into anything and everything.
one unexpected outlook change from being a dad is taking the self care people 10x more seriously when it comes to dealing with weirdly directed anger and rage (including Online). many angry posts should have been naps or little packets of crackers
You also know this little dipshit robostapler won’t even work right — you’ll flinch and reach for a pen and it’ll wheel up and beg for your attention. It’ll staple your hand. It’ll get jammed and shit loose staples. It’ll bark right-wing propaganda and tell you how to build a suitcase nuke.
Our local store has a butcher whom you can ask for special bits and pieces.
I am glad I found this and find it an excellent source of slow news and general information.

Except back then, I actually had both the time and patience to do that. :D
Classic power move: buy lots of computer games in the Steam sale, play them for just over 2 hours, then never again.
NASA sent people to walk on the moon in 1969. 55 years later SpaceX are apparently just building really expensive fireworks.
This is a reprint Murderbot short story, from 2021. #booksky
Miserable prisons!
Not according to J.J. Abrams.
(With whom I heartily disagree.)
A very good book, and well worthy! And I just finished Service Model, which I loved, albeit for wholly different reasons. I think I needed to laugh at the misery instead of wallowing in it!
Also, I swear you write faster than I read these days. Need to sort my priorities.
I mean fix my task list.
Happy International Skepticism Day!
(As if the world wasn't already a sick joke?)

I went digging through some of my old Patreon posts and decided to repost a few things that I liked. This is a short article about self-improvement, and I find it just as relevant today. Thinking about it like this has helped me take some important steps.
