Health & wellness: The 4DWW allows us the opportunity to rest, reset, and refresh, reducing the likelihood of stress-related health impacts. 2. Well-roundedness: It allows us to balance work with family time, friendship, hobbies, and creativity, so that we can be more than just our job title. 3.
