it's crazy to me how obvious this is now but it took the college student dilemma of not having enough time within a day to do everything that needs to get done to realize

things like text response time and homework effort are necessary sacrifices for proper sleep, a meal in the morning, so on

in my prior times of burnout, i tried putting everything above myself and ironically served the people around me poorer because i didn't even know how to treat myself

crazy how burnout isn't completely like, awful if you put taking care of yourself first

i've been consistently burnt out for well over a year now but it's so much more manageable having a constant thing in life, and i feel like self care is a rly trusty one
