Safe to say the new regime is working out very well for me.

Just got another raise on top of what I already got when I signed on. So in total my salary has gone up 31.41% since October, my 401k match has doubled, my insurance is 40% cheaper premium wise and 9x cheaper on the deductible. And I'm in line for a bunch of bonuses and profit sharing eventually 1/2

Got to give 4 people raises today this management shit is easy. Also getting a bonus on Friday so that's cool.
