that's fair. of course we can kind of lose a decent amount of weight quickly due to burning through our glycogen stores but that is why I would want to do a longer one.

I have not done a 24 hour fast in awhile just because I realized if I am too stressed I will just immediately get sick haha

the only way I want to lose weight is by doing a water fast for a week meditating on hunger, going on long walks and sleeping for most of the day vut unfortunately society will not allow this
