Wow, looks really good. That looks like Fearless or Intrepid to me. I made that one as Fearless for my dad when I was much younger as he had served on her.

A bee, possibly a solitary mining bee in my garden, helping with the pollination.
The Long Man of Wilmington hill chalk figure
I popped in to visit the Long Man yesterday. I love this place.
You couldn't actually get much worse. Jar Jar Binks gets the award for most annoying character in any movie ever.
A Ruddy Turnstone bird
A Ruddy Turnstone in Bexhill on Sea.
I watched that on Friday, a fabulous episode and lovely seeing the DLWP.
Not forgetting the British TV series Midsummer Murders, certainly the first few series anyway.

I've brought some home to enjoy the Easter holidays in my home. They can come back with me unpacked after the holiday...
I used to get families of these little lovelies in my garden when I lived in New Zealand. Wonderful birds.
I don't know how accurate the film was but I really enjoyed it. A very good story.
2 degrees here in Bexhill. Bright and sunny but cold!
I've only just discovered it today through another conversation on here. Impressive streak!
My school is 5 as well.
We all have our students that give us a headache and might grumble about them where we gather for tea and biscuits, but posting that on social media just feels wrong. Especially for a head teacher.
It feels like I am finishing the term with a scratchy sore throat! Just looking at my plans for today to decide if it will be easy enough to sort out cover for it all. How the CPD goes well.
I fully understand here, there comes a point where the tent stops being enough. I sold my van in NZ after 11 years before moving back, now I want one back in England as well :) Have fun.
I know they're a pest etc. I can't help loving them all the same.
It's not here either (Bexhill, UK)
Useless grifter
Sounds lovely. Very much looking forward to it ๐
Thank you. I am a Brit coming back after 21 years away!
Just 5 more days of being a NZ teacher! Looking forward to getting started in England instead.
I found one once in New Zealand. Only time I've ever seen one in the carapace. Gorgeous little critters.
I rather like Paypalpatine
Alipay - I didn't find the translate button for about 2 days... I was bamboozled with the lack of pay by card facilities until I got around Alipay. I didn't use WeChat but it is a crazy place for non-Chinese speakers to try adn figure out.
That's a lot politer than some of the names I have thought of for him, but I rather like that one...
We learned to make sure not to plan anything involving state monuments on a Monday! Half the city attractions were closed. Also, getting used to paying for stuff was interesting, took us about 2 days to get into it properly.
Did you go over to the actual palace? I really enjoyed Beijing.
