Not my pictures, but a club in Czechia (I think!) got their hands on my Eleven Bravo rules and ran a game this weekend!

Slowly plotting out my Mahmoudiya board for the scenario I'm taking to Historicon. BMP for scale.

Slowly working my way through adding the Russian support list for Eleven Bravo. Germans are next, then I think I just have Chinese and Ukrainians left?

A yellow zine on a staticky black background, the cover shows an inky illustration of a hand revealing a lip tattoo that says “violence” on a face covered with cyberware and scars. The title reads “Adam Vass presents Cybermetal Streets, pentagram city’s finest 28mm skirmish game.”

The full fire team from that dude I posted before. Huge thanks to @sonicsledgehammer.bsky.social - your video on MARPAT really helped me nail this down!

You did a GREAT review for Wands and Laserguns! Now I just need to find some small creators who review wargames.

Added washes and he looks much more complete!

He looks much more Marine than Army, but I'm happy with this as a test scheme, especially in 15mm.

Took a stab at writing a first scenario for Eleven Bravo: the battle of Mahmoudiya, one of the first things that pulled me into moderns wargaming. Should be up on the site by the weekend!

Now to print some forces for it.

There were bits I liked from each. I took the initiative system from Crossfire, the dedicated army and support lists + Shock from CoC, and then Troop Quality dice from Force on Force and threw it all together. A club over in Germany has played v0.6.5 and really enjoyed it.

If you've still got that fancy, I wrote exactly that game a couple years back for EXACTLY that reason.

I do, but it's because I wrote it! It's not in a complete state yet, but I've been working on ELEVEN BRAVO, which I describe as a mixture of Crossfire, Chain of Command and Force on Force, with more modern seasoning sprinkled on top.

So I think maybe I booked too many events for Historicon...the life of an indie pushing your own game! 😂

Re: "large enough to see on the table" - I'm playing in 15mm, would a 25mm base be "large enough" or should I go larger?

Yogurt bowls are the bomb dot com!

15mm is the better scale for platoon+ wargames anyway. 😁

Also this confirms that I can do a bunch of set-aside packs/M4s and still have it feel "right".

Thank you! I'm looking at doing some modern ones for insurgents/US Army for a game I'm taking to Historicon, and this confirms that I'm on the right general path!

And gorgeous miniatures to boot!

Question for any CoC players that follow me: I've seen around the Internet people making their own jump off markers: what makes a "good" jump off marker?
