Despite all this, Aviva is still ranked as an “ethical insurer” by The Good Shopping Guide.
This accreditation undermines real accountability.

Aviva insures G4S, one of the largest and most controversial security companies in the world.
Profiting from surveillance and control should not earn ethical status.
Aviva insures Mears Group, whose migrant “accommodation” has been widely criticised as overcrowded and unfit for people to live in.
This is not ethical.
Aviva insures Serco Group, one of the UK’s biggest and most abusive migrant detention & surveillance companies.
This is who they support.
Shame on The Good Shopping Guide for giving Aviva, one of the worst insurers of migrant detention, an ethical accreditation. 🤔
How can this be justified?
