Oh wow, this is lovely.

Me, holding a small handmade zine. Cthulhu is on the cover in black and white. The title says "Coloring Madness, 18+, by S. Park"
A picture of a dragon who resembles Twilight Sparkle, sprawled out asleep. She is notably naked, which is normal for dragons, but yanno, notable here.
Another page of the zine. On one side two ponies cuddle, on the other a walrus man and a feline woman brandish weapons. The feline is carrying two, the walrus has one comedically small gun.
Today still sucks. Two days worth of fighting with these things, and they still look kinda like ass. But I got a third one...existing, looking like ass? It doesn't come through in the photos. This one's got NSFW stuff in it, though not really shown here.
Me, holding a small black and white book. The cover shows an image of a flying kirin creature, and it says "Coloring Creatures by S. Park"
The centerfold of the book, showing two pegasi sitting side by side,
Two random pages of the book, with an insect-based alien and a hummingbird phoenix.
Mental health absolute TRASH today. Made another coloring book. It needs to be re-done because uuuuuuuuugh the printer prints invisible almost-white bits as visible gray bits.
On my bullshit again, but now it's sunflowers.

My hand, holding a zine. A black and white image of a feathery dragon wraps around to the back of it. The cover text says "Coloring Dragons, by S. Park"
The coloring book open to the centerfold, showing an image of two dragons holding hands.
Another random page, with an asian-style dragon that's also a bit kirin-ish, with hooves on one page, and a feathery humanoid dragon shooting magic from their finger.
There was FAR too much screaming, literal and metaphorical, before I got this done. It is a simple thing, page order doesn't even matter, it's just black and white images, some of them very janky, that are nevertheless all colorable! But WOW was that not easy.
Well, it's not a requirement. Some people just enjoy doing it, or reading it.
Wips? Older art people might not have seen? Random thoughts for no reason? (I do that latter one a lot.)

I did gardening things today, but I'm afraid all I planted was sunflowers? Probably won't get this result from them, but I guess you never know.
Oh neat!
I have no good ideas right now, but I feel like I *could* come up with something? It's not like I don't have a bajillion settings and characters that could be worked into this somehow, lol.
Oooo, took me a moment to get it, but these are so good!
An image of a lobster-like creature. It has a somewhat humanoid upper torso, though with four pairs of arms. The uppermost, largest have lobster claws, but the smaller set have more humanlike hands, and are gripping a gun, which it is firing.
Hmm. Dansk probably don't count as "merfolk" lol. They're more lobster-taurs.
NEAT. I have nothing written that would fit, and my energy for writing is near zero. But I'm gonna let the idea bubble around a bit anyway. Maybe something will happen?
"The glowing sideburns light up on her."
Which is a misheard lyric, admittedly, but it's what came up in my brain.
Oh fun! If I had any raptor art that wasn't pushing 30 years old... Lol. Maybe I'll share an old one anyway, if I can dig one up.
That means you can only get stuff made by large companies, though. There *are* lots of fascinating individuals making and selling patterns, and if you like things that are unique and made by small creators, they're not going to be branded and bar-coded, so you miss out on those.
Stop trying to please people that already don’t like you and embrace the joy of being the most annoying person they've ever met. Says Skeletor looking at Beast Man and knowing he really loves being the most annoying person ever.
Hahahahaha. Always gotta love when that happens.
I won't lie, this made me giggle madly. Especially the bit about the baculum. Because I am (not so) secretly a 14 year old boy.
Yeah, my own memory of the "they're insane" thing is from...something, probably a book but it might have been an early internet post I read in the late 90s. It's very mushy. I just like gryphons and I like horses ergo yay?
Ooooo, that dark teal fur is SO PRETTY!
That is really cool!
I'm jealous! I probably won't get iris blooms this year, I planted them too late last year, and also I don't have any that color, that really is gorgeous.
It's getting close to time for a good beach read. How about the guild's latest anthology Blood and Water, 12 excellent stories about family in all its forms!

This feels like *somebody* who follows me would like it?
A. That's amazing. B. they are gorgeous! And C. picturing the fabric on a couch all I can see is the Camo Couch where the floral print perfectly disguises a solder lying on it.
Most stuff with labels saying all that? Nah, it's fine. They tell lies. Also the worst casualty so far is mostly really cheap tees, that lose the printing after just a few cycles.
I always ignore that kind of thing. The clothing all goes into the washer on the normal cycle (well, except elastic undergarments, support is important! Those get a wash on delicate and hung to dry) and survival of the fittest ensues. If it doesn't make it, I wasn't meant to own it anyway.
I'm curious what you think about Hippogryphs. I was trying to explain them to my VERY not-educated-in-mythology stepmom, and I couldn't come up with much. The only bit of myth I know about them is that they're said to be insane, since their one parent is known to like to eat their other parent.
