I broke down sobbing over the state of the world this morning while I was feeding the cats. But you have to keep going, cats will need more food.

This administration and govt loves to make big, damaging moves and then retract them. The tik tok ban, the federal funding freeze. They are intentional. They are meant to overwhelm us and numb us and push us to give up and give in. Don’t do it.

i’m so tired but i’ve got obligations 😩

1. Get Strong - physically (move your body), mentally (balance info intake and breaks), financially (start a savings plan)
2. Get Smart - read books/blogs. Education is a superpower
3. Get Support - talk to friends & join community orgs. You are not alone🩷
