Can run a go route, and can block?

It makes me worried when I hear my city (San Diego) looking at adding a street car in my neighborhood, and that they're looking at places like Portland as a model to imitate.
Premiering now, this is so good

Can you help us out with some of these abbreviations? SDCBC, FFSSSDD?
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the headlines, but there’s so much good happening here in San Diego.
Join us for BikeSD Presents: Cross Pollination to hear from local leaders and researchers driving change in mobility, urbanism, and public space.
Let’s build together!
San Diego! Event in early October. Stay tuned for details, hopefully doesn’t conflict with Padres playoff games. Oops jinx
Now start building enough housing for the stranger.
It's always crazy to me that we never have a problem with a dirt lot, but always spend so much on parking lot maintenance.
IS THIS NORMAL? HALF OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY'S SECOND-BIGGEST PARK GOES TO PARKING LOTS?
The Del Mar Tunnel CEQA comment process is now open, but NIMBYs want to shut down the US's #2 rail corridor instead of saving it from falling into the sea. Tell SANDAG by June 30th to support the fast Crest Canyon alignment and #LeaveRoomForCatenary! @ridesd.org docs.google.com/document/d/1...
So what about the Pope?

Adams Avenue is a great example of this.
Truly amazing how much street space in SoCal is spent on center turn lanes, even on low volume residential streets.
Always surprised to see bike lanes on the inside (closer to traffic) of parked cars instead of the outside.
Great explanation of the manual by @acbowen.bsky.social:
Take my hand as I guide you through San Diego's new (draft) Street Design Manual and what it does — or doesn't do — to build a safer, more sustainable and more livable city.
Been working on this one for a while, hope you enjoy! www.kpbs.org/news/public-...
🚨🚨 Please comment on the new San Diego Street Design Manual ⬇️
Ask for:
1. Intersections to have crosswalks on all sides, so that pedestrians aren't forced to cross 3 dangerous streets to cross 1 side
2. Ban right turn on red
3. Prioritize protected bike lanes over parking
Run for chair!
I want a Liberty Party
I want its plan to be 'Project Phoenix'
I want it to champion democracy/rule of law/civil rights/etc
I want it steeped in rhetoric of Revolution/Constitution/Civil War/Reconstruction/Liberal International Order/Civil Rights/etc
I want it to acquire & wield power
I want it now
At the north park library for manning the ballot box for the North Park Community Planning Group. Come out and vote!
We could never do that in San Diego. Seattle just has much better weather for cycling than us, that's why it works there.
We are very successful in getting a lot of candidates looking to participate in the NP CPG!
To be able to easily vote online, you have until Thursday to sign up for online voting!
At that point, maybe all?
Why can't Americans just buy European cars, like the id3? Why do we add so much cost to our supposed allies products?
I wonder if the dude ever regretted voting for the "competence and pragmatism" president
I’m becoming more convinced that our immediate and intermediate future should focus on BRT with full priority over cars. Topology will challenge rail even without the hostile political climate, and the dense highway network is right there, if we have the political courage to take lanes.
