My therapist grew up in Russia. The stories she tells are horrid. Dental work, childbirth with no anesthetic, PTSD from constant wars, living in poverty, state run schools. No one is happy. No one ever smiles. Starting to sound a little too close to home…

The only problem is, it really doesn’t matter. Without disease mitigation snd climate control, we have no future. We’re passed the tipping point in both climate and covid. Gods know what’s next, N1H5 or something worse. Either way, we won’t act. T just speeds it up to turbo extinction.

My chest is tight just thinking about you. Breathe. That’s all you need to do- in and out. Nothing else is in your head but that one thing. Breathe. Nothing else matters. Count your breaths. And big hugs. (And THC if you can get it. Neurologist approved)

I wonder if I can warm it and pour it into my gummy/ice cube/(unused) resin molds. I have an obsession with frozen fruit and got a jar of peeled grapefruit- had to do something with all the liquid. Got a tub of grapefruit ice cubes to snack on.
