Haven't tried it myself, but apparently as of 2023 the installer doesn't work but Photoshop does. So, there are instructions out there for copying over an existing installation from Windows and then running it from Wine. I haven't looked into the other Adobe stuff.

If you use Lutris, it will handle most of the work for you - just point it at a program installer for Windows and it sets up a Wine bottle for it. Would be faster and use a lot less drive space, but not guaranteed to work with everything.
