โIโm glad that I have a partner who loves me like Heathcliff loves Cathyโ girl run.

Yeah, longing and yearning is there, but itโs destructive, obsessive and maddening. Itโs about control and abuse.
Inspired after watching the 1939 adaptation of Wuthering Heights I actually went and read the book.
Emily Brontรซ wrote something really beautiful and disturbing, and itโs sickening how people call it romantic.

many of you are wondering what Bluesky was like in the beginning
This skeet was written on a nightmare rectangle while traveling on a metro, because Iโm COOL and not CRINGE.
Instead of doing performative reading, you should do performative doom scrolling! Remember that reading stuff on paper is CRINGE, but staring at your nightmare rectangle is COOL.
Did you stole my high school playlist?
I like bluesky because it feels so much like tumblr
1. barely works
2. userbase is annoying (affectionate)(not that affectionate)
3. being queer on here feels like Iโm actively participating in ruining some tech companyโs investment
I havenโt! But it sounds like itโs straight in my alley.
And as a person who almost always cries when watching movies, I got a bit teary when Cathy gave her โIโm Heathcliffโ speech. That scene was so good.
Itโs silly that as a huge sucker for doomed forbidden love I havenโt read Wuthering Heights or watched any of the adaptations before.
So like any reasonable person, I watched the 1939 film adaptation of it. It was a movie.
What turned me into a furry: Ginga Nagareboshi Gin
What turned me into a gay furry: Arashi No Yoru Ni
Watched Arashi No Yoru Ni with a friend. I first watched it back when I was in middle school, and man, I didnโt remember all the homosexual undertones it has.
Good wine, amazing food and the best company. Honestly one of the best birthdays Iโve had.
Project Hail Mary was GOOD.
I was smiling like an idiot through the entire movie.
yeah, but what if the next thing you see on your nightmare rectangle is LIFE CHANGING and it will instantly FIX you?? Canโt risk missing that.
Spring is here..
If you like novels at all, I recommend it. Just go blind as possible to have the entire experience.
And after you finish it have chat about it with me. I love to talk about it.
It is my favorite novel with Norwegian Wood (Murakami, 1987). Both of them are very emotional stories, but I feel like Never Let Me Go tells a more meaningful story.
I recommended it to my friend and he finished it few weeks ago. He was blown away and made him question the entire system we live in
Earlier this year I decided to start reading books during my commute. I finished reading Never Let Me Go (Ishiguro, 2005) today.
I first read it back in 2018 when I was in Gambia. It shocked me, made me feel so many emotions, and obviously, it made me cry.
And it still did that all again.
