Oh good grief

No other ending would be worth my time.
I watched the first couple episodes of Marriagetoxin, but it's the sort of thing I don't wanna engage with unless I know for certain the dude ends up with Kinosaki in the end.
the "rebellious right", the "dark counter to modernity", the "this is what they don't want you to know", the "male loneliness", all of it - framed as a criticism of modern society, but in such a way so as to wield the freedom of "true" natural hierarchies to be released, and subordinate
i support whichever candidate will vow to eradicate palantir and its owners
Today in 1945 was Benito Mussolini s last public appearance

Perhaps you've passed through some kind of wormhole
Botan Kamiina is going to turn the entire population of himejin into alcoholics.
The invading army won’t know what hit them
It's been fun watching the collective mass of himejin go absolutely feral over this announcement
You now have a latent superpower that will manifest in the moment of humanity's greatest need
Oh great now I want to rewatch it lol
I picked marimite deliberately for just that reason. The point is a yuri can be really low key about sexuality, but still have the juice if the writers know how to get it on the page.
It’s honestly depressing.
It’s just when marimite is sexier than whatever-new-show everyone is fawning over, it drives me kinda bananas.
It bothers me when something gets called yuri, but there just is _nothing_ suggesting the women actually feel anything physical toward one another, and sure that’s fine on occasion. Love takes many forms. But when it’s show after show after show after show it just gets old.
It’s so hard to articulate the subtle markers are _desire_, but to me they’re critical to satisfying yuri.
Confirmed real just now by me
OMG you have to read this lol
But still, it was definitely not worth fighting over. I just switched to soda and still had a fun evening with my friends. I’m not going to sit there and be shitty to a bartender who is otherwise really cool.
In fact one time I legit think the bartender was wrong, in that I don’t think I was that drunk—it’s a judgement call, but I’m being real here. I had knocked over a drink, but really I was just being clumsy, not super trashed.
It’s happened to me, and the obvious thing to do is to accept the bartender’s judgement, and as much as they don’t want to lose a customer, I also don’t want to lose a cool bar to hang out at, so I’m not going to be a jackass about it.
We're so back
omg lol
I wish I was a witch
Later as an adult, I watched a documentary, and it was only then that it dawned on me how many of his followers were black. I completely missed that as a kid, even having watched the news reports as they came out.
I was a kid at the time, so my understanding was filtered through a child's mind. I recall the reports did talk about how he reached out to _underprivileged_ communities, but I don't recall them focusing on the racial angle.
I choose to believe this
