A black cat on the platform next to a Class 730. It is wandering down the platform. The picture is taken in first person, from inside the 730, looking out the doors.

On the 24th of December 2025, I took a little trip down to Redditch and back for fun. At Longbridge (LOB), I encountered this black cat wandering around the platform before running up the verge. I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't have a ticket, and was running away from the guard.

You may like to remove this or cover up the letter seeing as it has an address on it! Hopefully it's good news inside though.
