I don't have kids but I *want* to be part of a society that supports ppl that do. I'm happy to pay taxes that go towards schs + supports parents + families if they need it. That's what community is about. I have no idea what makes some people so keen to destroy all that makes our communities strong.

There was a great turnout for the Folkestone Christmas light switch on, despite the very cold and wet conditions. Well done to all the performers and everyone who braved the weather!

Hello everyone.

I've been in a pit of inactivity. Doing the bare minimum outside of work. I need to get myself active again but it may be an incremental haul back.

Anyone else just totally worn out with [gestures at world generally] everything?

I was asked to comment on this story ⬇️

"I am calling on the government to cancel the contract with Clearsprings and claw back as much of the £1 billion as possible, and to use that site to get on with building the council housing we need urgently."
