Throughout those couple hours, they secured a bunch of gas-blowback guns in the top floor, burner liquid and a few lighters.
The dude tried to set the door of the family across on fire, and the entire upper floor with it. When the family fled, he chased after them, while pointing a gun at them [3/4]

One of them asked me about other people in the building and I was asked to describe the layout of the whole place. I was questioned about the number of possible tenants and about the crazy guy who lives above me. The squad leaves to push into the building a bit after. [2/4]

Okay, hopefully the final follow-up about the crazy neighbor:

Police called me through another neighbor's phone, then saying that I am to come out of the building immediately with my hands up. When I did I was sent a block down with about 20 people gearing up to storm the house. [1/4]
