I’m diabetic and it’s been working great for me, a1c is way down. Not looking forward to the rebound binging I’ll have to try and manage myself.

The ozempic shortage has me royally fucked. It’s supposed to last until Spring and I’m on a 200 person wait list. I have to switch to a different medication and hope that the side effects don’t annihilate me.
There is! Testing boundaries and all that good stuff.
I just popped on here to see if anyone else’s went out too! I’m hoping it’s brief so they don’t make me go in 😩
Depends on where we’re standing
Can anyone recommend a cat sitter in HRM? Ideally someone Stevie can stay with, she doesn’t love being left alone too long. She’s low maintenance but needs medication once a day.
My cat has high blood pressure. We’re going to be on the same medication!
I don’t think I can give Stevie her IV fluids!!! How do I hold her still and inject the syringe? It looks so easy in the videos. Gahhhhhhh
Shit it’s Thanksgiving okay okay, what am I grateful for…. Umm. I’m currently housed and about to eat Aunt Anne’s rolls.
I have very little debt. My car is paid off. I bought a house for under $200k back when that was a thing. I’ve worked multiple jobs at once. I don’t even go on vacation. Even went back to school so I could change careers. AND YET.
I know it’s just a lot of financial fear mongering on TikTok but it’s REAL frustrating that I’ve done everything “right” and still may end up unable to afford my mortgage.
Okay it wasn’t too bad but I’m not super sure how I’m going to do it with only two hands.
Calico kitty hanging out in her cat tree
I have to go to the vet with Stevie today to learn how to give her subq fluids and I’m dreading it!!! Couldn’t get a disease treated with pills, no way not her.
I need to put my phone down and walk away because I almost sent a message explaining why the name of a Facebook group is grammatically incorrect (Helping the Homelessness) and I just… don’t need to do that.
But like, what happens if you get a COVID vaccine even if you just had COVID? Do you get super COVID??
So what do you do when you visit St John’s for the first time?
Can you still borrow pulse oximeters from Public Health?
Maybe I’m NOT going to Comox for work 😩. I’m a first timer!
I’ve never seen the Rockies so I’m really hoping it can happen!
I might get to go to Comox for work next week! On the one hand I’ve never been to BC and I really want to go, on the other hand it’s stressful and I’ll have so much to do to get ready and my kitty is gonna hate it!
I don’t feel so good 😢
Does PP not have any kind of security clearance? Do I have a higher clearance that HE does?
The first time I tried it I threw up a LOT. Stopped for about 6 months then decided to try again, increased dose very slowly and symptoms have been very very minor.
Okay that wasn’t so bad, I only had to call one other pharmacy.
So the ozempic shortage has hit Nova Scotia. I have to call around and try and find some at my prescribed dose. I take it for diabetes and it works great.
Is there a secret place to order cheap candy? I want to give out interesting candy this year but I don’t have an interesting budget.
Gotta say, I’m definitely sneezing more than I like.
It appears he doesn’t understand the children and family services act.

i hope this doesn't backfire and make more people in halifax read it, especially if a bookstore offered it at a discounted price of only $15. that would be so crazy

Exactly. And it’s not even always about fear, but embarrassment!
