As much as I’m loving Crimsom Desert it also tends to frustrate the hell out of me.

The game often does a really poor job of explaining exactly what it is it wants you to do.

I basically keep my phone on my lap now because I have to google what to do so much. 😂

Man game pass really like to bury save games files deep on PC😤

Started Replaced on GP but now have access on Steam so rather wanna carry on there but didn’t feel like starting over.

Took me a little while to figure out where the save files were and how to get them into the correct place for steam.

With the reveal of Metro 2039 last night it comes as no surprise to me that I immediately reinstalled the original games.

2033 still looks great today! It’s held up really well. I haven’t played it in about 10 years and it feels like it was yesterday.

Get them and play them if you haven’t!

The vibes I’m getting from Crimson Desert include Zelda (BotW & TotK), Kingdoms of Amalur and Dragons Dogma 2.

These are good vibes. I love all those games.

It’s a shame we never got DLC for DD2 (although it seems we might 🤞🏻).

PS. I love catching the animals. So cool.

Not sure if this is accurate but I saw something that only 2 of those games are in full production in house. The other 5 are in co-development with outside partners with a small team from Bloober overseeing things.

I quickly jumped into Windrose just to get an impression of the game.

I can see why this is already highly rated on Steam. Art style is really good, combat seems awesome and the crafting and building is very intuitive.

Will put more time into it when I can…

On top of getting Crimson Desert today a (Steam) family member just bought Windrose as well!

So now I have Starfield, Crimson Desert and Windrose to play.

Crimson Desert will be the main priority though. I'm not super into survival/crafting but I love the pirate theme so am curious about Windrose.

For now I went with performance mode, 120hz and vsync on with fixed 4K output. Seems smooth so far but no idea how it will go in the long run. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I played a few minutes now and this might be a hot take but there are too many graphics options for a console game.

A toggle between fidelity or performance is fine but this is too much IMO.

I have a base PS5 and 120hz TV and not the slightest clue what settings are best 😐

I love the new collectible action figures they added in the Starfield update! It's really cool that there's both sealed and loose variants and display cases for both.

Today is Hades 2 (console) and Replaced release day! I might check out Hades but I'm realy excited to get my hands on Replaced. Both games only release late afternoon / early evening in my time zone, but I have other games to keep me busy.

Mad Max is one of the mos underrated games of all time.

I wish the combat and driving and Samson was closer to this game.

It plays really well on Xbox Series consoles thanks to FPS boost as well.

I’m still playing my original character form launch day 😂 Just hit level 72 today.

Got that ship off the Armada when they landed on a random planet I was exploring. It has the best bridge / cockpit design I’ve seen in game so far .

I'm busy dealing with the Terran Armada. Just doing incursions and getting X-tech to craft more exotic gear 😁

Finally got that bastard Sebastian in Blood Omen 2!

This boss really tested my patience. Hardest thing in the game so far by far. I reall struggled trying to avoid the steam and his unblockable attacks.

But I prevailed.

This game is SO good. Story might be weaker than SR but the gameplay is fun.

I’ve been totally sucked into Starfield at the moment. Finally started the new DLC and I’m really enjoying the incursions and new cruise mode and everything else.

Stuck at a boss in Blood Omen 2. I think it’s gonna take me a while to beat it.

Played about an hour of Samson. I like it. It needs some more time in the oven but there is definite potential for a really fun game here. I like how the game is structured into days with jobs advancing the time. Car handling is good but not great. The combat is fun albeit somewhat basic and clunky.

I was not expecting to play this today but a (Steam) family member bought it giving me access so I'm definitely checking it out.

As someone whoe LOVES the Mad Max game I was actually looking forward to this a lot. If the car(s) handle anything like in Mad Max I'm gonna love this game as well.

I’m ready for another journey to (and through) the Unity!

I still haven’t gotten any of the unique NG+ variations, but that’s not a big issue.

Keen to start the DLC but I’m gonna complete some faction and/or side quests first to gear up.

If you have game pass and like (unique) CRPGs, don’t sleep on The Thaumaturge when it hits the service soon. Excellent game. Combat can get a bit monotonous but it’s well worth checking out.

Starfield update drops tonight so I have that to look forward to.

I’ve always enjoyed the game (I have 8 days play time :p ) so I’m really keen to see the changes and additions.

It’s also out on PS5 today so a whole new crowd of gamers finally get to jump in and start exploring! 😁

From what I saw of Defiance it looks like I will enjoy. Combat looks fun and plying with Elder Kain is intriguing.

Soul Reaver story is incredible. I can’t overstate how good it is. But the gameplay does not hold up IMO. I had more fun with Blood Omen 1 gameplay.

BO2 is also a lot of fun to play
