Glad that she is at least close by. Welcome to the world little ones!!

Hi Theo!! 😍
🎉🎉🎉
Mittens is so lucky to have you on her team.
I DO NOW!!
Mimosa, a brown tabby cat, lays in a playpen with her 5 babies of various shades of brown, grey, and black all cuddled up and nursing.
Kitten season officially began for us earlier this week with our intake of a mama and her two week old kittens. Mama Mimosa is an amazing mother to her babies but isn’t too sure about me yet. Her 5 babies, Pancake, Omelette, Coffee, Cinnamon Bun, and Eggs Benedict are fat and healthy.
Spot has an extra special place in my heart and it makes me so so happy to see her thriving.
A small pile of five 2- week old kittens inside a cat carrier on a towel. There is one small black one, two brown tabbies and two grey tabbies.
Please welcome these 5 little two-week old cuties and their very petite a shy mama. They’ll be taking up residence with the excellent @fluffandwobbles.bsky.social while they grow. They were born on St. Patrick’s day in a lady’s basement, who saw mama was about to have them & gave her shelter.
Thank goodness you saw him!
Yay Mittens! Good job brave girl!!
I don’t know if I can put it into words. She just fits in my home. ❤️
There’ve been a few close calls, not gonna lie!
Kira, a tabby and white teenage kitten, sits on her mom’s lap getting pets on her head. She has a goofy content look on her face.
Kira, a tabby and white teenage kitten, walks toward the camera, along her mom’s outstretched legs.
Kira, a tabby and white teenage kitten, lays on a cat bed on a low shelf of a large blue cat tree. Catha, a soft grey adult cat, is peering out of a higher cubby and looking relaxed.
Kira, a tabby and white teenage kitten, sits on the arm of a sofa, looking inquisitively at the camera.
2 1/2 years fostering close to 50 kitties and it’s finally happened. My first foster fail. Ophelia (now Kira) has her forever home with me. ❤️
👋 hi! I love seeing all the Teddy pics you post- it makes me so happy to see him thriving!!!
Laguna, a white and brown tabby kitten, lounging in a pink plush piranha plant shaped cat tree.

This is new for him. 😁
Oh no! Crossing all my fingers for Shadow’s safe return!!
Somebody please adopt this giant himbo of a tripping hazard. He just wants love. (Located in northern MD)
Ophelia, a cute brown tabby and white kitten, looking at the camera with her tongue out in a little “blep”
Beatrice, a black kitten with a white star on her chest, looking cute in a small cat tree.
Juliet, a brown tabby and white kitten, playfully grabs and bites a pom-pom wand toy.
Yall don’t even know how CUTE our Shakespearean Ladies sisters are— and they could become the perfect little members of your family!

Yep! This family definitely has a dominant Sweet Baby gene.
Hue is feeling so much better after a week of antibiotics and ear drops. Head tilt has mostly resolved and the wobbles (and goop) are all gone. He’s been the easiest cat I’ve ever had to medicate! Whoever adopts him is going to get the sweetest lovebug boy.
Hue, an orange and white cat, lays with his head on foster mom’s leg and looks up with his best Baby face.
Just a Baby.
An orange tabby cat with white tuxedo markings, round cheeks, and crusty goopy eyes sits in the back of a wire humane cat trap inside a small cardboard Red Bull tray.
Another intake tonight from Final Fantasy colony. This total sweetheart of an orange is probably either Mama Spot’s brother or possibly a son (but probably brother). He has an icky upper respiratory infection, a wobble and a head tilt, so he’ll be going to the vet tomorrow.
Jorts Junior, “J.J.”, a cute orange tabby cat with soft looking fur and suspicious looking eyes. He was our first rescue of 2025. He was adopted with Baby Ruth, and they are both living their best lives as Archie & Greg.
Winter, a skinny grey and white kitten. He was being sold on FB because the people “didn’t want him any more” and it stressed the entire internet out. He was adopted by his foster through Animal Rescue League near Baltimore in a great team up with Show Your Soft Side and ARL
Satsuma and his sister Tangerine, two orange tabby cats who look very worried right after being trapped.
Ellie, originally named “Molly,” a longhaired tortico cat with long white whiskers. She remains missing in the SE DC/Temple Hill, MD area. Her moms miss her so much and so do we.
In a sea of 2025 impact wrap-ups, here is ours. It’s little, and a few cases left me a bit broken, but it’s still good.
Last year we took 80 cats into our care (not including cats we TNR’d). Almost all of them were adopted (still waiting for the Auto Club cats). Rescues, surrenders, low-income help—
I feel like a these cats have been completely written off. They are shy with new people & scared in new places, like any cat would be that’s lived in one house for 6 months. We tried to send them to a bigger rescue to find them homes and they were rejected for being too fearful.
Juliet’s first time ever snuggling in a lap. 🥲
The new Shakespearean girls are de-spicing nicely. We’ve already got purrs from Juliet and Beatrice. Ophelia isn’t quite purring, but she is relaxing sweetly into scritches.
Moon, an extremely handsome, extremely fluffy grey tabby sits and looks inquisitively at the camera.
This exceptionally handsome boy has been sad and missing his family (owner surrender). But this morning I finally got to hear his purr. 😻
Amazing episode.
