Uhhh..why am I finding out a month later? Then I’m having to wait for review by my employer on my restrictions. By the time they get back to me I will be released for full duty at my last post op which is next Wednesday. Meanwhile I’m out of paid leave as well. But they’d rather take their time.

I’ve been so stressed about my return to work and what seems like complete neglect from my employer. I turned in documentation Monday of last week with my restrictions. Then Wednesday I got a call from the website I filed my leave of absence through telling me I ran out of FMLA as of March 21.

Hey they make up for it with their lack of athleticism.
