adhd meds aren't as huge as a life changer for me as they are for some people but they def make a big difference and i'm very glad that i can take them.

and i'm glad i gave this 10mg increase a try!

1 week of higher adhd meds dosage and noise cancelling earbuds and it's a big quality of life improvement.

all the noise and talking is less stress inducing and while the earbuds could be better they work well enough if i feel like i need some extra noise filtering.

hell yeah!

lol nein. "lustigerweise" war die abfrage für abfrage verhältnisse gar nicht so schlimm und ich hatte sogar ne -1 bekommen. ich war damals nur froh, dass er nicht sauer auf mich war und ich nach hause durfte 😬😬

ich hatte solche angst vor diesen abfragen, dass ich nur deswegen regelmäßig mit bauchschmerzen zu hause geblieben war.
in der mittelstufe hatte ich mich einmal sogar direkt nach einer abfrage auf meinen tisch übergeben wegen dem ganzen stress 😬
