Post hysterectomy my hubs and I thought about adopting. I needed time to process the grief of losing a part of myself and celebrate I survived cancer. Then 6 months later my ovary twisted on DJT’s first election night. 🤣 The nurses thought I was crying bc I lost an ovary lol! smh

This book is a window in history. The story of James may be fictional, but historically accurate. It made me sad, angry, uncomfortable and reflective. How wonderful it would be if schools included true American history instead of the whitewashed version I was taught. A must read 💙📚 #BookSky #BookTok

It’s all super hard cardboard, like a thin wood type material - so imagine all these pieces digging into your finger pads while pushing them in to place. I eventually had a duh moment and got rubber thimbles lol 😅
