Good habits, or bad habits?
We clicker trained our cat trio (3 clicks = come to us/treat time) so now when I need to get up, I shut my iPad strongly enough it makes a little clicking sound and Twinkle Toes hops right off.
However, if I close my iPad slowly or quietly, she absolutely turns the cute eye lasers on D:

You also donāt *need* to be queer yourself for queer books! Notably IRT MM/FF romance written by women for women.
John Solo, Nick J Russo, Lisa Flanagan, Lori Prince all immediately spring to mind as examples.
Kenneth Obi (RIP) one of the original MM romance narrators, encouraged by his gay son.
Kieran Flitton & Greg Boudreaux both immediately come to mind - anime, video games, and audiobooks.
Thereās only a small slice of narrators willing to do queer fiction, everything from YA to open door romance, and even smaller if youāre looking at niche stuff - dark/mafia, BDSM, omegaverse.
If you have studio quality home recording setupā¦thereās a serious need for fresh audiobook narrators. In LitRPGs for sure. It feels like non-YA romantasy is the same six narrators over and over again X.x;

Chubby plus sedentary limits range of motion in your neck and shoulders - sometimes because of the way their body holds onto fat, but also just disuse.
Very easy to lock up your neck/shoulders by hunching over a controller or mobile device as guys do.
Had to work to kick that bad habit š
You donāt need to be a swole gym brah, but your blood pressure does need to be under 140/90; thereās also a sound + vision test, which you take with your glasses/hearing aids.
Weight loss could mean his blood pressure is too high, or heās chubby enough he canāt pass the mandatory field of vision.
