Hello friends — I’d like to share a few moments from my PhD defense earlier this week. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who supported me along this journey — my supervisors, colleagues, friends, and institutions (Ifremer/UBO).

We present the new marine nematode species: Dracograllus miguelitus. It is the first species of its genus described from hydrothermal environments, and from the deepest location so far. This is the first paper of my PhD, and I’m deeply grateful to my supervisors!
