The goal, nominally, is basically just having the face be an emoticon/kaomoji that updates appropriately.
One 'thing' on the face which is updated live instead of a culmination of little face movements.
That might be doable w/ vnyan nodes. But my tracking issues limit it too (¬⤙¬ )

I made a stream overlay that looks like a flipbook, so it looks like chat is animating me in real-time.
Similar to a sketched drawing come to life on top of an animation table.
They can flip the pages on the screen to look at the in-between frames.
Guh, I'm really in my own head about face tracking and about how I can try to improve mine.
I want my robot to emote in non-human ways. But, I can only signal those emotions in human ways since I am, regrettably, a human.
The alternative is puppeteering tricks, which I need to consciously do, hmm

Part 1 is set up and installation, basic controls and all that. Part 2 is background info on what you're actually looking at in the file, and what works with VRM and what doesn't.
